The Planning Secretary oversees the Planning and Zoning
Commission, the Historical Development Board, and the Zoning
Board of Adjustments.

Special Use Permits, setbacks, plat requirements, and
variances.

Permit Clerk
The Permit Clerk issues all building related permits;
building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, demolition,
moving, and Fire Marshall Inspection Permits. For

This position is also responsible for the Electrical Board.
