It shall be the duty of the Kingsville Electrical Board to hear appeals from the decisions of the Electrical Inspector and to hear complaints concerning the enforcement of the Electrical Code and make such recommendations to the City Commission for changes and additions to the Electrical Code as they deem necessary.
