Other Permit Fees

SIGN PERMIT: $0.20 per square foot with a minimum permit fee of $15.00.

CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY:
ã Interim $3.00 per day (Must be cleared through Director of Development Services prior to issuance)
ã Permanent $25.00; additional fee of $15 per floor shall be charged for multi-story buildings.

PERMIT FEES FOR MOVED BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES
When a building is moved into or within the city limits the following permit fee will be applied. These permits must be obtained PRIOR to moving the building.

Building Permit $0.16 per square foot
Plumbing Permit $0.04 per square foot
Electrical Permit $0.06 per square foot
Mechanical Permit $0.04* per square foot

Pre-move Inspection $20.00
Move Permit $110.00
*FEES SHALL BE BASED UPON THE CONDITIONED AREA OF THE BUILDING
