Bid Submittal

Formal sealed bids may be submitted by mail or in person to the Purchasing Department prior to opening date. All bids submitted that have assigned bid numbers and opening times should be marked with the following information:

1. Bid Number
2. Opening Date and Time
3. Vendor Name and Address

Bid Openings

Sealed bids are opened on Tuesdays at 1:30 P.M., except holidays, in the City Commission Room, at the specified date. Bid openings are public and you or representatives from your firm or department/division are welcome to attend whether your firm is engaged in bidding or not.
