Garbage Roll-Outs
Solid Waste Collections Division provides garbage roll-outs to its customers. The garbage roll-outs are 96-gallon containers (brown).

Assignment of Roll-Outs
Roll-outs are assigned to only one address when delivered. Roll-outs are not to be taken to different locations or addresses without the approval of the Solid Waste Collections Field Supervisor.

Damaged Roll-Outs
Solid Waste Collections Division will repair free of charge any damage to your roll-out caused by normal use. Simply notify the Solid Waste Collections Division that your roll-out needs repair(s) by calling 361-595-8094 or 361-595-8060. ��If a roll-out is overloaded and damaged due to neglect, the roll-out container will be replaced at the customer�s expense at the cost of $90.

Service Request
To exchange your roll-out or report a damaged or missing roll-out, simply call 361-595-8094 or 361-595-8060 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday or send an email. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and the discrepancy pertaining to your roll-out.

Roll-out repairs, exchanges and deliveries will be done as soon as possible from the original date of request. The repair or delivery will be done by our roll-out maintenance crew on your garbage collection day or on Wednesdays within this timeframe. Please leave your current roll-out at the curb from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. on your collection days while waiting for a repair.

Elderly / Disabled Customers
Elderly and/or disabled customers that are serviced on one-side of the street can contact the Solid Waste Collections Division at 361-595-8094 to have their roll-out spray painted for same side pick-up if they are unable to cross the street.
