The City of Kingsville Street Dept will begin Seal Coating E Caesar Ave between S 6th St and S 14th St tomorrow morning, Thursday, August 28th, 2025 at 7:30 am, barring inclement weather or equipment breakdown . Project will take approximately 3 weeks. Sections of E Caesar Ave between S 6th St and S 14th St will be closed during the day, while seal coating is taking place. Barricades and signs are in place. 
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please know that our crews are working diligently to reopen the area(s)/road(s) as soon as possible. We request that all residents and businesses in this area be aware that delays will be possible as far as entrances and exits from properties are concerned. 
🚫 Please ensure that your vehicle/vehicles are not parked on the street and as far away from the curb as possible. This should prevent oil from getting on your car, however the city will not be responsible for cleaning your car. If your car has to be removed by the city YOU will be responsible for the towing fee. 🚫
