The City of Kingsville’s Purchasing Department serves as the city’s central buying agency. Operating within the Finance Department. Under the administrative direction of the Finance Director, the division is headed by the Purchasing Manager.
- Procurement of Goods and Services: Furnishing supplies, services, and equipment for all City Departments by securing the most competitive and affordable pricing.
- Standards and Compliance: Implementing rigorous procurement standards and bidding protocols to ensure fair, open, and competitive processes.
