The City of Kingsville Street Division will begin Hot Mixing on S 17th St between E Johnston Ave and E Caesar Ave, Monday morning, June 23rd, 2025 at 7:30 am. S 17th St between E Johnston Ave and E Caesar Ave will be closed to thru traffic, for approximately 3 weeks, while the hot mixing will be taking place. Signs and barricades will be in place.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please know that our crews will be working diligently to reopen the area(s)/road(s) as soon as possible. We request that all residents and businesses in this area be aware that delays will be possible as far as entrances and exits from properties are concerned.
Residents/Patrons are encouraged to minimize trips in and out of their driveways and to take alternate routes whenever possible.
The Kingsville Police Department and the Kingsville Fire Department have been notified of this project. We appreciate your cooperation in assisting us with improving your roadway.
