Beginning August 4th, 2023, the City of Kingsville will institute a 3.5% convenience fee for credit card payments for Utility Billing, Municipal Court, Permits, etc. Methods of payment without fees are in-person cash transactions, or check transactions paid in-person, mailed-in, or dropped in the night box.
